About me/Privacy policy

As required by FTC, I reveal that I make money through ads displayed. Links to retail affiliate items I provide originate from Viglink. With the exception of the banner from Resume Robin, a company I have vetted plus read reviews on, all of my banners come from Commission Junction.

Before I begin running any new banner from any CJ brand, I vet their website - I also look for reviews on the advertiser and will drop an advertiser or any resume service I'm affiliated with such as Resume Robin upon discovering too many bad reviews on them. I don't track your activity from CJ other than to report my impressions and clicks plus you may delete cookies at any time.

The labor market is fluctuating, unpromising and unforgiving. If you make too many mistakes in your hunt for a position, it can hurt your career prospects for a long time. I'm still paying the price for my mistakes. My future could be at stake.

I have many years of cumulative part-time work experience and I have had plenty of interviews. I have made mistakes at the office or at interviews I wish I could go back in time to undo. As I am looking out for you, my goal is to help you become and stay employed.

How can you avoid making it harder to find or keep a job? Things to do or not do are discussed on homepage
